APPORTE is a non-profit association based in Nice, working to make financial, administrative and professional knowledge easier to understand and use in everyday life. We support young people preparing for employment or entrepreneurship, as well as small business owners, self-employed people, women entrepreneurs and foreigners navigating the French system. Through workshops, educational activities and practical resources, we help people understand topics such as entrepreneurship, taxation and administrative obligations, personal finance, salaries, and make more informed decisions about their professional and financial lives.

Knowledge base

We’re building a unique structured knowledge base about various aspects of running a business in France. From what’s the difference between ME and EI (or SARL and SAS), to how to declare to URSSAF to complex VAT issues, to labour law, we’re aiming at gradually creating a broad encyclopedia of curated and reliable information for small business owners.
